Enterprise Architect: Design, develop, and implement enterprise system architecture and related information technology (IT) solutions for clients in the telecommunications industry. meet with clients to gather business, user, and data requirements for client’s systems. Map existing enterprise architecture, databases, programming interfaces, and application servers and identify weaknesses, redundancies, and risks in existing IT solutions as well as opportunities to optimize workflows and improve the security and stability of database and network systems. Design new operations and business support systems based on requirements and develop high-level design documents depicting database, application, and security architecture. translate overarching systems architecture into manageable subsystems through the use of algorithm design and define interface specifications between internal and external system components. Develop database and system components in various environments using cloud and virtualized technologies in technology stack that includes J2EE, Oracle, .NET, Weblogic, MSSQL Server, METASOLV, and Cassandra. Analyze system architecture for latency, scalability, efficiency, and failover and design and implement modifications to system components as necessary. Scale system architecture and integrate existing customer and inventory management software. implement advanced AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) technology solutions for self-serve solutions over websites and mobile applications to reduce operational expenditure and produce incremental revenue. Test systems and applications to ensure applications engage correctly with underlying database and network systems and work with systems engineers to troubleshoot and debug components. Meet regularly with clients, users, and technology stakeholders to assess user satisfaction and the business value of implemented systems solutions. Design updates of system architecture to incorporate emerging technologies and anticipate future business requirements. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technological advancements in the IT and telecommunications industries.
Requirements: The position requires a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. This may be substituted by a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in SDLC methodologies, J2EE, Oracle database systems, .NET, Weblogic Server, MSSQL Server, METASOLV, and ETOM framework. the position involves incidental travel – 1% of work time, not more than several days a few times per year.
